The In Front Events team, along with our IT experts have developed a program which allows us to present contracted hotel properties direct, online, to your Conference and Event delegates, allowing them to browse and select not only multiple hotel properties, but room types, length of stay, conference extras, functions and dinners, hire cars, and day tours.
Transportation options required for the event are booked by your delegates with a simple button push.

The system responds directly to the delegates with confirmations and queries, and allows us to interface their requirements with our Conference & Event Management System.
