Registrations Close August 31, 2007
Full Registration - Member, Full Registration - Non-Member and Exhibitor Registration fees include:-
- Congress satchel
- Attendance at all sessions of the congress
- All Congress documentation, including copies of all keynote presentations on CD and delegate lists
- Lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as coffee/tea breaks for all days
- Welcome function on Thursday 6th September
- Congress Dinner on Friday 7th September
Accompanying Person/Partner Registration includes:-
- Welcome function on Thursday 6th September
- Congress Dinner on Friday 7th September
Registration fees do not include:
- travel to and from Adelaide, South Australia
- hotel and other personal expenses in Adelaide (special room rates are available through In Front Events Australia)
Payment of Registration
Registration fees must accompany all registrations and may be made by:
- Cheque/money order payable to In Front Events Australia
Or
- Visa / Mastercard or Bankcard
Please note that, if paying by credit card, it will appear on your statement as "MIE Software Pty Ltd"
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to Congress Secretariat at In Front Events Australia. Cancellations received after 1st June 2007 and before 31st July 2007 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Cancellations received after 1st August 2007 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.
Exhibitors cannot transfer registrations after initial attendance.
Registration Desk
All exhibitors, delegates and participants will be required to visit the registration desk prior to entering the Congress areas and functions.
The registration desk will be situated in 'Foyer H' of The Adelaide Convention Centre (North Terrace, Adelaide). The desk will open from 3pm on Wednesday 5th September.
Congress Secretariat
Late Congress registrations and general enquiries can be made via the Congress Secretariat who will be located in Office K, Adelaide Convention Centre for the duration of the Congress and exhibition program.
On-site Registration
Although there will be facilities for on-site registrations (space permitting), we anticipate places at the Congress will fill quickly, therefore we recommend you register now to secure your place.
