Registrations will be acknowledged within a 72-hour period. Should you not receive confirmation of your registration within this time frame, please contact In Front Events at the details above.

Delegate (Member and Non-Member) registration fees include:

  • Congress satchel
  • Attendance at all sessions of the congress
  • All Congress documentation
  • Lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday as well as coffee/tea breaks for all days

Exhibitor Registration includes:

  • catering for all three days

  • it does not include entrance into the Congress sessions

Registration fees do not include:

  • travel to and from Broadbeach, Gold Coast
  • hotel and other personal expenses throughout the congress (special room rates are available through In Front Events Australia)
  • insurance of any kind

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to Congress Secretariat at In Front Events Australia. Full registration refunds will be given for any cancellations made prior to May 1, 2009. Cancellations received after May 1, 2009 and before July 1, 2009 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Refunds for cancellations received after July 1, 2009 will only be made in exceptional circumstances.

Exhibitors cannot transfer registrations after initial attendance.

Registration Desk
All exhibitors, delegates and participants will be required to visit the registration desk prior to entering the Congress areas and functions.

The registration desk will be situated in a prominent location in the Gold Coast Conference and Exhibition Centre. The desk will open from 8.00am on Thursday August 20, 2009.

On-Site Ticket Purchase
Although there will be facilities for on-site ticket purchase (space permitting), we anticipate places at the Congress will fill quickly, therefore we recommend you register now to secure your place.
