Imagine the anticipation of a night out, dining at a unique location with great chef’s preparing fabulous food and beautiful wines to match … the catch is, you won’t know where the dinner will be held till approximately 3 hours prior to its commencement time when you’ll be sent a text message telling you and your guests where to meet. The brainchild of ABC TV’s ‘The Cook and the Chef’, Simon Bryant, “Guerilla Dinner is a concept I have seen in the US and absolutely loved it. It’s quirky and allows for the creative process to expand beyond the plate to unique locations around Adelaide and SA. Think of it as a series of dinner parties in which you will have no idea who the other guests are or what to expect. We will be on the hunt for possible venues for future dinners and guests can expect locations like rooftops, parks, gardens, laneways or sometimes even a more traditional venue with a twist.”

“The dinner locations will be managed by InFront Events Australia, with whom I have a long standing relationship and trust to execute each dinner at a quality level that I expect. “ he says.

Diners can expect to enjoy a degustation of shared platter, with unexpected company and wines to match in a surprise location within approximately 45 minutes of the CBD. Some dinners will also include coach transfers from a central location in the CBD to ensure that all guests can drink responsibly and a taxi fare home will be well within reach.
